all golf shop credit must be spent by 10/31/26 & any special orders must be submitted to the golf shop by 8/31/26

in the event a league night is rained out, the player is responsible to notify staff how many holes were played to obtain a raincheck for prorated amount of holes completed

Door Creek will make the decision regarding league play due to inclement weather. If the golf course is open league members are expected to play
